TLDR: Round 1 polls for the "most fuckable hellaverse character" poll tournament will start being posted from Friday (tomorrow) to Monday. The competitors were decided based on the rules specified in my last pinned post. Below will be voting rules and links to each poll in the tournament (once they're posted).

EDIT: Rounds 4-6 will START on Mondays instead of taking over the whole weekend. Once Round 6 is over and the ultimate winner is determined, we'll allow the winners a week of victory before moving onto the "Most Marriageable Hellaverse Character" poll tournament.

VOTING RULES (under read more):

Feel free to spread as much propaganda for your choice as you like if that's your thing, as long as you remember the following:

- Please Don't Threaten/Promise to Compromise the Safety of Yourself or Others (Example: "If [x] doesn't win I will shoot myself", "If you don't vote for [y] I'm going to doxx you", etc.). I cannot imagine anyone actually getting heated enough to do this, but if you're thinking about it, please don't :)

- Please try to avoid being racist/transphobic/etc in your propaganda (and like in general, but here is a good start).

- Please try to avoid writing anything extremely graphic (read: "Dead Dove: Do Not Eat" levels of shit).

I'd appreciate it if we could avoid bot-spamming in the votes.

Not really expecting that these rules will be needed, but I always like to be cautious. If anyone has more rules they'd like to suggest, feel free to leave them in the comments.

I also came up with a "gun to your head" style scenario for this tournament if that makes the voting process easier for people that want to vote but aren't really sexually attracted to any of the characters.

SCENARIO:

You have been trapped in a room SAW-style and cannot leave until you fuck one of the competitors listed. You are choosing who would be the most fuckable character in this scenario. They don't have to be the most attractive, just the one you're the MOST willing to have sex with in order to leave this room. Also the definition of "sex" in this context is fluid, it would be whatever method you feel the most comfortable with.

Vengeance is Futile (Chapter 5)

"Verosika, there's something deeply upsetting that I have to tell you," Striker warned his favorite succubus and hoped she was prepared to hear the worst from him. "What is it, Striker? Tell me!" Verosika said, getting up from couch and holding his hands. "I......I......" He couldn't bring himself to say, but he had no other choice.

"I've been working for one of the Goetias who hired me to do her drty work. This woman Stella who asked me to kill her husband Stolas for cheating on her, and I agreed to it because she was paying me. I hope you understand and forgive me," Striker explained, heartbroken. Verosika gasped in horror from hearing the news. Stolas? The guy she was trying to comfort and console at her "Fuck Blitzø" party last year?

"You didn't actually kill him, did you?" Verosika asked, just to make sure that Striker wasn't just bluffing to scare her. "I almost did. Twice," he replied. Verosika frowned and pulled her hands away from him. "I can't believe this shit. I thought I trusted you! After everything we've been through together!" She yelled in anger. "Verosika, wait! Let me explain! First off, I had no idea you and Prince Stolas were friends or even knew each other," Striker said.

"Technically, we're not really friends. I just invited him to a party and tried to help him get over Blitzø, but it didn't work. I haven't talked to Stolas since because I feared i'd be a bad influence on him," Verosika told him. "Oh? So you two barely know each other?" Striker said, shocked. "That's right. But I STILL don't approve of what you did to him! How could you?" She sounded like she was about to cry.

Striker felt immense guilt for making her cry and breaking her trust. She really loved him, and this is how he repays her? Now he was starting to feel like Blitzø robbing her and spending her money on horse riding lessons. Only worse. He tried his best to cheer her up one last time. "Verosika, I don't know how to tell you this, but I am so very sorry. It's just-" "I DON'T WANNA HEAR IT!!!" Verosika yelled at him again.

He almost put his hand on her shoulder to make her feel better, but she smacked it away. "Don't touch me! Just leave me alone. Never should've come here. Bye, traitor," Verosika said sadly while walking out the front door and leaving to go back to her apartment in Pride. Striker sighed at his failure, buried his face in his hands and slumped down to floor while leaning against his front door.

"What have I done? I tried to make her fell better, and I just ended up making her feel worse. I ruined it. Now she probably never wants to talk to me or see me again," Striker lamented. Verosika Mayday was the one person who he was willing to fall for and commit to, and he blew his chances. "Just give up, Striker. You're a murderer, not a casanova. You don't do love. Money and revenge is all that matters to you. Or is it?" Striker spoke to himself, wondering what his purpose was, if he even had one at this point.

He went into his bedroom and lied on his bed, still thinking about his favorite succubus. Maybe he shouldn't have told her anything. Maybe he shouldn't have gotten as close to her as he did. Maybe he shouldn't have fallen in love with her. Maybe he should have never even talker to her in the 1st place. Either way, there was no turning back now.

But even though Striker knew he had chance of winning her over again, he still thought of her and the times they spent together. The worst part of all this? They only met each other a few days ago. They haven't even known each other for that long, yet they were too quick to fall in love. Almost like they were both desperate for that kind of affection.

Striker slowly closed his eyes and whispered "I'm sorry Verosika," before falling fast asleep. He knew it was pointless to say it since she already left, but he genuinely feel that way. Now he only had the option to choose between apologizing to Verosika again and giving up his job for her sake, or continuing with his job and never talking to her again. But what if she rejects him a 2nd time? Either way, he'd still be heartbroken.

The next morning.....

Striker woke up with an idea. He decided to call Stella. He went to the telephone in his house and dialed her number. "Who the fuck is calling me and 5:00 in the morning?" Stella whined. "It's Striker. I needed to tell you something important," said the cowboy. "What is it? Have you killed that cheater yet?" She asked him. "Actually, i've decided to give that up," he said, preparing himself for the worst kind of response.

"What do you mean give up? After all the hard work you've done, you're just gonna throw it all away? And for what?" Stella sounded super angry. "For love," Striker said smoothly. "HAHAHAHA!!!!! LOVE?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! YOU THINK A GOETIA LIKE ME WOULD EVER BE INVOLVED IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU, AN IMP?!?! THINK AGAIN, DIRTY PEASANT!!!!!" Stella was finally yelling at the top of her lungs. She usually took only 5 seconss to do that.

"Oh, trust me bitch, it ain't you i'm talking about," he told her. "OH? WHO IS IT THEN?" Asked Stella. "Famous singer, pink succubus," was all Striker needed to clarify who he was talking to. "YOU MEAN VEROSIKA MAYDAY?! WHY HER?! WHAT CPULD SHE POSSIBLY OFFER YOU?!" "Nothing you ever could, Birdbrain," he mocked. "THAT'S IT, YOU'RE FUCKING FIRED!!!" Striker gritted his teeth and snarled. He couldn't take Stella's yelling anymore.

"GOOD! IF YOU WANNA KILL HIM SO MUCH, DO IT YOUR FUCKING SELF! I'M TIRED OF DOING YOUR DIRTY WORK!!! YOU CAN'T FIRE ME, I QUIT!!!!!" Striker shouted as he hung up the phone. Now that that was dealt with, his next step was to write and apology letter and mail it to Verosika. Too bad it was hard to mail anything in the dusty badland shithole that was Wrath. But at least he had the pen and paper to write it down.

"Dear Verosika, I really am deepy sorry for betraying you. I even quit my job as assassin because of the impact you had on me. If you forgive me this time, it'll make me happier than i've ever been. But if you don't, i'll promise to stay out of your life forever and never contact you again." Striker spoke as the wrote the apology letter to Verosika. He folded it up and put it into his bag, then left to mail it. Too bad there were no mailboxes or post offices in Wrath, so he had to take the elevator to Pride.

Several hours later.....

"I'd like to mail this letter to famous popstar Miss Verosika Mayday," Striker told a receptionist working at a post office in Pentagram City. "Ok, we'll make sure it's delivered directly to her, sir," said the receptionist. "You better," said Striker, pointing at her. He walked away to sit on a bench right outside the post office. "If only I didn't stab her in the back," he whispered to himself.

Striker looked up to see a TV on another building advertising the Hazbin Hotel, just a few blocks from where he was sitting right now. The same hotel that Princess Charlie Morningstar herself owned. "Airhead princess don't know what the fuck she's talking about. Doesn't she realize that redemption is pointless? After all, what's the point of it if no one will forgive you anyway?" Striker said to himself.

Then he looked down in shame knowing how much he wanted Verosika to forgive him, which may be the start of Striker's redemption if it works. Maybe Princess Charlie did have a point after all. Meanwhile, at Verosika's studio, which wasn't too far away from the post office, she was thinking about him. The handsome cowboy who lied to and betrayed her the same way Blitzø did all those years ago.

"He really did sound like he was genuinely sorry. I guess meeting me did give him a change of heart after all," Verosika whispered sadly. She was hoping to see Striker one last time if it meant he could apologize to her again and sound like he really meant it. Such a shame how the guy she was willing to commit to couldn't even tell her the truth for so long.

She looked out of the window of her studio overlooking Pentagram City. She could see the Hazbin Hotel off in the distance and remembered that Princess Charlie and her crew of wannabe redeemed sinners were coming to her concert tonight. Maybe they could help Striker out with becoming a better person and making up for what he's done to Stolas. "I sure hope he'll come around and change his ways soon enough," she said. Only a matter of time before he did. But little did she know that he was not too far behind.

Just then, Kiki busted through the door to tell her boss some news. "Verosika, you're not gonna believe this!" She said in a panicky tone, panting. "What do you want, Kiki?" Verosika asked, a little bit tired. Kiki took out a note from her purse, unfolded it and handed it to her boss. Verosika took the note from her to read it. It was a note from Striker, apologizing and telling her that he quite his job of being an assassin. Her eyes were teary, but still filled with joy.

"You ok, boss?" Kiki asked. "I can't believe it! The man I got close to in Wrath is trying to own up to his mistakes! I gotta so see him now!" Verosika said as she stormed out the door and bumped into another one of her employees, Josh. He was confused on whatever his boss was happy about or what she was doing. "Hey Kiki, do you know what's up with her?" He asked. Kiki just shrugged her shoulders and said "Not a clue." Meanwhile, Striker was trying to get past a hellhound bodyguard.

"But I have to go see her. It's important!" Striker said. "Is it, really? And how exactly do you know her?" The hellhound asked. "I met her in Wrath. Now just let me pass, will you?!" Striker told him, getting annoyed. He tried to walk past him, but was pushed back. "Excuse me? what's going on, Vortex?" A familiar feminine voice said. Striker looked behind Vortex to see his favorite succubus and couldn't believe his eyes. "Verosika, is that really you?" He said, just to make sure it was actually her.

Sure enough, it was.

1: When did you decide to join the Stray kids fandom?

i saw a thread of information abt the suspected nine members before they were officially announced and was like ‘yes i must stan them and love them with all of my heart.’ so uh,,,,, back in august or september??

2: What is your favorite episode of Stray Kids? uhm, i’m gonna expose myself rn and let y’all know that i’ve never actually seen a full episode of the show; as soon as i heard it was gonna be a survival show, i knew that i couldn’t watch it bc my heart was too weak and i was emotionally incapable of becoming too invested while watching it; but from clips, i quite like the episode with the 3:3:3 mission, and also the last episode when all nine were reunited and told they were going to debut together

3: Who would you say is your bias in Stray kids?

my initial one was chan, and they i got rlly confused, and then slowly came to realize that it was jeongin (anything else after that is a fucking mess)

4: Who would you say is your bias wrecker in Stray kids?

literally kill me all of them bias wreck me so hard bUT hyunjin, jisung, seungmin, and chan have been wrecking me so hard in particular lately

5: What line would you want to be apart of in Stray kids? uHHH not dance line bc swimmers have 0 coordination on land; i quite like singing even tho i’m not good at, so probably that, but i can also hit all of chan’s english rap parts in 3racha songs, and keep up with lafayette’s raps in hamilton, and a lot of the english rappers i like too so uh,,, sign me up for rap line too

i love their current optimistic and slightly rebellious teenager concept rn bc its an Eternal Mood; but i always love myself a soft boyfriend concept 

10: if you could meet with the members of Stray kids for one day what would you say to them?

how proud of them i am, and how proud of themselves they should be; i would tell them about how they’re saying things that resonate deeply for their fans and i love that they’re talking abt real world problems; i would also make sure to tell them (chan and 3racha especially) to make sure to rest more, and eat well, and take care of themselves emotionally as well as physically; and finally i’d like to tell jeongin how wonderful he is and that he’s doing so much at such a young age (lmao he’s actually eight months older than me but that’s no the point) and to never lose his cute little smile

Tomorrow is the first of May, and I thought maybe this year I should write something. To get things straight in my own head as much as to form anyone else’s point of view. So just indulge me a little.

Historically May the 1st is the day of year where we remember the past of the workers movement. Typically this looks like a history of defeat. The history of the proletariat is a history of hard fought battles frequently let down by internal betrayal and the shifting of capital. In the communist and socialist movement its much more common to celebrate martyrs than it is victories.

A hundred years after the events of 1917, and the wave of great battles that that revolution inspired. We would do much better to see the last hundred years as a history of combat and not just defeats and martyrdom. The 20th century was a century of strikes and militancy, where the image of struggle was workers discovering their voices for first time in shop floor committees and councils. It was a century where the proletarian started to come into formation, not just in the factories of Europe but globally. 1917, 1919, 1936, 1956, 1968, 1969, 1976, 1977, 1984 are all dates that instantly summon images of a rich history of militancy. Of red flags and barricades. Of workers and their families, fighting against not just the boss but the union and the decaying husks communist parties would become.

This history is international, the history of Africa, Asia and the Middle east is usually reduced to a history of “national liberation” and civil war. Instead we should remember the struggles in the factories, farms and mines of a newborn proletarian - as capable and combative as that in Europe, which fought for itself not merely for changes in government.

As we begin the century of the global proletarian, with the production process crossing the entire globe. We should be reminded that for Marxists the proletarian and its continued resistance to capital, its conditions and symptoms is the prime mover of history - and for the first time in history we are clearly seeing the proletarian on a global scale. In some ways we would be better off considering the struggles of the past up to today as a dress rehearsal of jealous understudies of what is soon to come.

Today looks hopeful, the workers movement is in disary - largely this is a good thing. The traditional saboteurs of the union and party hack are long gone, and we have an opportunity to build a future outside of narrow frameworks such as work or the nation. We should ditch the baggage of the old workers movement and separate ourselves from squalid leftism. We’re fighting for ourselves, and ourselves only and we shouldnt be afraid to say that. We want everything for everyone AND everything for ourselves. We want luxury and we want communism, there is no contradiction between the two. The working class goes to heaven so they say.

As has been demonstrated in the mass waves of strikes in China, South East Asia and Latin America and riots from Paris to Ferguson the future is very much one of fire and fighting. We should realise our mistakes, the great spectacles of the past, from 1917 to 1968 were flawed. We need to ask ourselves why they didn’t win and what we can do better. The world today looks very different to the world that surrounded communists in 1917, and yet holds many more opportunities and terrains of struggle to be discovered and resistance built on than a hundred years ago.

The communist movement today is disoriented, it has retreated to the academy in lieu of the shop floor, much of it has traded class for politics of individual identity, it has forgotten where it has come from and where it can go. In same ways however it is pushing new ground, it has opened new fronts - we are weak as a movement but it in some ways the class is at its strongest potentially ever in our history. We shouldn’t fall into the trap of continually comparing ourselves to our ancestors when history is dead and buried and everything has, can and will change.

The present is ours as well, struggle is not an abstract thing that happens in the past and future. The present appears bitter and uncertain, but so has all of history, every defence and restructure of capital and every attack by us is an accelerant. Fuel poured on the fire of what might be. I’m writing this message from Kobane, Rojava where I never imagined I would find myself. If nothing else the struggle of the Federation of Northern Syria should remind us that it is still possible to tear down and transform the existing conditions, no matter how daunting or vile the opposition. And that revolution, the act of shaping the world to our will is still very much possible.

The past is ours, we should be proud of it for what it is not necrophilic for what might of or could never have been. The future too is ours and we should never forget that. In fact it is worth repeating, for on days like mayday we look too much into what we have lost and too much into the struggles of those who threw their hopes as bricks at the old enemy when we can should be looking for ways to induce or own struggles into labour.

Its worth repeating because it should be a reminder against distraction and opportunism within our movement. Its worth repeating because it should serve as a warning to those who would seek to see us subjugated and ruined. Its worth repeating because we carry our past with us, must learn from their mistakes and push forward history with haste and tact.
